It will separate the original livestock manure to liquid and solid organic fertilizer: the liquid organic fertilizer can be directly used for crops; the solid organic fertilizer can be shipped to regions that lack of fertilizer to improve the soil structure. What's more, after fermentation, the solid organicfertilizer can be made into organic compound fertilizer.
Working principle :
Sludge pump in the manure pits upgrade the original fecal residue to solid-liquid separator, the extrusion screw which is installed in the mesh will push the original fecal residue to move forward by 46 rev / min speed
Dry product will come out from discharge outlet by pressing of cylinder. The liquid which is filtered through the sieve mesh will flow into the conditioning tanks.
